We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced sales partner to help grow our herbal soap brand in Pakistan and, if possible, expand sales internationally. Our brand is focused on high-quality, natural ingredients, designed for consumers who value holistic skincare and wellness.
Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed payment. The selected sales partner will earn an agreed percentage of each sale. Additionally, a special bonus (double the regular commission rate) will be offered for achieving sales targets outside Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new markets within Pakistan, with a primary focus on retail and online sales channels. If feasible, expand to international markets.
Brand Promotion: Develop effective strategies to promote our brand through social media, online marketplaces, and retail partnerships.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet sales goals, especially in the international segment, to qualify for additional bonuses.
Customer Relationship Management: Engage and build relationships with retail partners, customers, and distributors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG, skincare, or wellness sector.
Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with partners and clients.
Familiarity with Pakistan's retail market and international sales strategies is a plus.
Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented approach.
