Sales Funnel For Booked Appointments and Even Purchase Online

We are an agency for plumbing and heating engineers in the UK. We already have a funnel which is performing poorly. We would need somebody to come in and recreate/ design the funnel.
We want to be able to collect emails, potential customers should also be able to book an appointment which is synced with our calendar (so they can learn more).
A funnel should also be built ready for checkout which we can push traffic too.
