Sales and Digital Marketing for new site, CRM support

Hi Experts, I am launching a brand new site on electric vehicles and I need support to design a fully functional CRM system in either AgileCRM or Zoho or Pipedrive along with the whole campaign management workflow. I am looking for guidance on the best tool and process.
Secondly I want someone to design and manage my Social accounts - Linkedin, Insta and Facebook with various digital marketing activities - SEO, PPC etc.
I am looking for a partner for development and maintenance of my digital marketing activities for next 1 year atleast.
