We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our e-commerce stores on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and develop digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns) to increase traffic and sales.
• Analyze sales data and optimize conversion rates.
• Create engaging content for product listings and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle feedback.
• Monitor and resolved account health across sale channels.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy stores.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with dropshipping and supplier coordination.
Position Details:
• Long-term, contract-based role, renewed every 30 days based on performance.
