Tropical Service is a fast-growing staffing agency providing skilled labor to high-turnover industries like hospitality, manufacturing, and logistics. We’re seeking a proven cold caller and sales closer to secure long-term service contracts valued between $10,000 and $100,000.
Scope of Work:
- Make cold calls to targeted prospects (leads may be provided or sourced)
- Introduce our services and qualify needs
- Schedule follow-ups or demos
- Close deals and onboard clients with team support
- Maintain clear records of outreach
Budget & Payment Structure:
Base Pay: $1,000–$1,500/month
Commission: 5% of each deal closed
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years in sales or business development
- Strong portfolio of successful B2B closings
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
