SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT Jewelry Brand

For my start-up brand CLAYWERK, I am looking for an experienced and reliable marketing specialist.
CLAYWERK: Modular & ultralight Polymer Clay Design Jewelry, based in Switzerland.
CLAYWERK produces jewellery made of polymer clay handmade in Zurich. The jewellery can be individually assembled in a modular system. USPs are the ultra-light material, the combinability of earrings with finger rings, bracelets and necklaces, as well as the possibility to assemble jewellery individually (modular system) and NEW also to adapt the colours to personal needs.
Tasks:
- Advance social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and website / online shop (Shopify) to generate more engagement and sales: Initialisation and implementation
- Proven, organic development and expansion of the community (analytics)
- Creating a Social Media Feed Plan for IG, FB (same) and Pinterest. Save the dates and content to publish everything automatically
- Plan and implement creative campaigns (5), regular social media posts (30, every second day 1) & reels (5) that fit the brand perfectly
- Including text and hashtags
- Writing posts and image/video content (including stories)
- Writing blog posts on the website that can also be used for social media (10)
- Scheduling and saving all social media content on an app or whereever it could be published automatically
- Managing Google Ads

Minimalist, puristic, modern
Corporate Design Colours: HEX codes are available (black, white, 2 shades of green)
Reduced pictures
Natural, as the designs of the jewelry are based on seasons and natural habitats
Combination with "WERKstatt" which means shop/garage
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in strategy and execution of social media, content creation and website optimisation projects
- Confident with social media tools
- Native German would be a BIG PLUS as the content should be in german
- Additional work is a BIG PLUS (such as 1 creative reel/video...)
