SMM/SEM for Shopify webspot

Hello, I am looking for a knowledgeable freelancer to help with search engine marketing (SEM) and social media management (SMM) for my Shopify webspot. I would like the freelancer to focus on tiktok and Twitter aswell rather than just Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, I have a specific target audience in mind, so knowledge in targeting specific audiences is preferred. This project requires an experienced freelancer who is well versed in SEM and SMM.
