SEO work for my websites

We are looking for a partner who is able to put us on the highest-ranking website there is on the front page of google and bing for two different websites: pantryon.com and electronicfaucet.com. Pantryon.com is a brand new site and electronicfaucet.com has been around for a while. Pantryon is mostly a B2C business while electronicfaucet is a B2B website.
