SEO Offpage / Linkbuilding Support for German Niche Website (Real Estate / PropTech)

We are looking for a reliable and honest SEO freelancer to support us with high-quality link building for a German niche website in the real estate / proptech / investment sector.

This is a long-term project – but we will start with a test phase, and only continue if the communication and results are convincing.

!!! Clear task: We do SEO since 6 months; i expect ranking of 50% of our keywords within 4 weeks. !!!

Important background:

We recently had to stop working with our previous SEO provider due to a lack of transparency and results. We do not want mass backlinks, automation, or empty reports. We are looking for someone who takes their work seriously.

What we expect:

Real, relevant backlinks from trustworthy domains

A clean, natural anchor text mix (brand, generic, partial match – no keyword spam)

Backlinks must be:

DoFollow (where possible)

From domains with reasonable authority (e.g. DR/DA 25+ preferred)

No Web 2.0, no directories, no spammy blog networks

You provide:

Pre-approval for link opportunities (or your own blog list)

A simple monthly report: URL, anchor text, target URL, DA, link type

What we have:

On-page SEO is already in place (100% handled by us)

Keywords and target pages are defined

New content is being published regularly

Brand and niche are clear: German SaaS / PropTech platform (B2C)

What we need from you:

How you work

How you find/secure backlinks

Examples of link placements (can be anonymized)

Tools you use (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.)

Your proposal based on:

Monthly support

Flexible number of links (we don’t expect 10–15 links every month – quality first)

Open to ongoing work if results are good

Language: English is fine – bonus if you understand German content
Niche: Real Estate / Investment / SaaS / B2C
