Do SEO for shopify website and fb ads

I am looking for somebody to work on monthly basis to do seo for a newly build shopify ecommerce about baby producs and also to be able to create facebook ads on small budgets per day. I am interested in how much budget i also need for daily ads and how many visitors i should get to the website also. If is possible to estimate sales will also be great
