SEO Strengths & Weaknesses Analysis of 5 shops

The Project & business background:
We are relatively new in the korean cosmetics ecommerce shop business. We have freshly (a month back) launched our shop in shopify. The new shop is now in German, English and French.
While launching the shop, we have taken care of a lot of basis SEO aspects like Image size, Image Name, alt-text, meta data, product Information, redirects etc. We are also adding new brands and products to our portfolio. Now the shop is up and running, i would like to take it to the next level as far as Google Ranking/ SEO/ more visibility is concerned. For that I would like to know, what our top competitors are doing RIGHT.

Your Task/ the project scope:
1) See the list of 5 shops above. Check from SEO & Content view Point what they are doing better. Please also check the backlink issues.
2) Write a summary in clean english in an excel sheet (First column for the point you are raising/issue and per competitor one column with comments)
3) Give me your opinion about EVERY shop about what is great/the best they are doing from SEO, Content, Backlink, viewability aspects. Minium 3 points and not more than 5 Points per shop.
4) Please also make a list of at least 2 Points you think these shops are bad at/lacking/having as a weak point. (Don't tell me the that particular shop is having low traffic and that is a weak point. I can see that in SEO tools too :)).
5) Please give me a list of 20 Topics/ ideas for new blog contents based on your seo Analysis, Content Analysis, Keyword Analysis. We would then write the contents based on your Input for better visibility and ranking.
I am purely interested in better visibility and ranking in Google Search Engine with Right Methods. Hence, I am willing to learn from all these shops, what they are doing Right. I want to avoid the weak points/ bad points they have.
Please don't talk about design, Colour, UI, UX topics. I want something which is purely SEO, Content, backlink and visibilty based. Changing Colour of the site or adding button on a different place will not rank us better :). I am NOT talking about the usability aspects on the site.
I will only entertain messages from persons, who write the Project code "SHOP COMPARISON" in their message. In this way, I can filter out the auto-bids and the genuine person/ company will get a Chance. Any message without the code "SHOP COMPARISON" will not be read and or answered.
Your Output:
Must have: Excel. The main summary should be well prepared in the Excel, as mentioned above. You are free to attach anything else with it. Any other Kind of document. Any additional screenshots, links etc. are welcome and will be appreciated.
Delivery: on or before 28th of October. Delay will mean no payment will be made.
