Responsibilities
• The SEO Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO strategies to archive clients business matrices.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Manage a team of SEO Executives
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy.
• Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy.
• Doing onpage/offpage site analysis.
• In Parallel work on SEO tasks
• Lead a team
• Work closely with Business Development team
Requirements
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with SEO reporting
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
