SEO and Google Adwords for Local Business

I have a local business and need SEO for my WIX website. You must be familiar with WIX. I also need Google AdWords campaign to be created to generate leads. This needs local customers calling my phone number or submitting contact forums for estimates. I need to see results and weekly reports with backlinks, articles, listings, etc.
