We are a safety and compliance provider for FMCSA-regulated trucking companies in the U.S. We are seeking a highly experienced **SEO Specialist** to help us **rank higher on Google**, attract targeted traffic, and increase visibility for our specialized services.

* Improve Google search rankings for high-priority keywords.
* Boost organic traffic to our website.
* Strengthen local SEO (United States).
* Optimize content and structure for industry-specific search intent.
* Audit current SEO and implement a clear 30-day strategy.

**Scope of Work**
You will be responsible for:
* Performing a **full SEO audit** (technical, on-page, off-page).
* Creating a **30-day SEO action plan** with measurable targets.
* Keyword research specific to trucking, FMCSA compliance, and fleet services.
* On-page optimization: meta titles, tags, headers, internal linking.
* Creating or optimizing content (in collaboration with our team).
* Google Business Profile optimization (if applicable).
* Implementing **structured data/schema markup** where needed.
* Setting up and reporting via **Google Search Console and Analytics**.
* Building **high-quality backlinks** (white-hat only).
* Ensuring **mobile-first SEO** best practices.
* Weekly progress updates and a final report at the end of the 30 days.

**Ideal Candidate**
* Proven SEO experience with measurable ranking improvements.
* Deep understanding of Google algorithm changes and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
* Experience working with service-based businesses, ideally B2B or in the trucking/logistics sector.
* Strong technical SEO knowledge and content optimization skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
