Run ads, geo fencing and search engine optimization

I am looking to run ads, geo-fence and do search engine optimization for my business. My target platform is both Google Ads and Facebook Ads. My geographical area for geo-fencing is local. The main goal of search engine optimization is to increase sales. The project team will need to come up with targeted campaign strategies to achieve these goals.
