Responsive Website

My name is Mariana and I work at Ledefi, a automation service company. We're making a new website with Elementor, and we need to make it responsive in differents browsers and interfaces, through code. For example, we're making the website with a screen resolution of 1366x768. So, when we tested with a screen resolution of 1024x768, it failed. The website layout got messed. Therefore, this is just an example of what we need: someone that knows how to make a responsive layout, maintaining the design.
