I'm on the hunt for a skillful cold caller to qualify residential leads for my roofing business. Your primary responsibility will be identifying homeowners in need of roof repair services.
The chosen freelancer should be able to:
- Expertly engage potential customers in a friendly, professional manner over the phone
- Quickly determine the customer's need for roof repair services and qualify them as a potential lead
- Document and pass on qualified leads to my team for further outreach
Successful candidates will have prior experience in lead qualification, ideally within the roofing or construction industries. A deep understanding of the residential roofing market and excellent communication abilities will be essential for this role.
