Researching, building, and monetizing a Facebook Group from the ground up

I would like to build and monetize a Facebook Group community from scratch… although I need your help! I have very little experience in this space and would like to provide value to people with the knowledge, skills, and experience I have within the self-improvement/self-development niche.

I desire to find someone… or a team… that can research what my ideal target market should be within that niche (find out the demographic, what they want, need, desire, problems that need solving, etc.), help with work that is needed to attract, grow, and maintain the community (daily posts, understanding the changing needs, desires, and so on of the community, admin responsibilities, etc.), and monetize the community when it’s time to do so (charge a monthly subscription fee, help with gathering email address, sending emails, etc.).

Needs to be an expert when it comes to creating/growing a Facebook group, email marketing, and would be amazing to have other skills in anything else that would help in this area (website development, information product production and marketing, etc.). Also need to be open to surrendering all copyrights to content created. Also would prefer this person/team be located in the Philippines or India.

Target: Would prefer to have the Facebook group be monetized and making at least $2,000 per month of income within six months of starting.
