Researcher and google marketing expert needed

I need someone that can do market research to identify current trends/needs in my business field. This will be apllied om my website offering. In addition to this this you hould be an expert at Google and setting up anylytics, search console and google ads and their integrations. The focus is to drive organic traffic and minimize ad spend using the right keywords (negative keyword knowledge will be great) amd service areas and at the same time reach the right people and not random clicks. An all round marketing specialist. My current budget is limited but someone that can optmize my website and business will be able to get repeat work. The website is active thus this is more of a review and tweaking project. Only native english speakers to apply. Needs to be completed this week.
