Remote Sales Representative for Uganda-based Team
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
The Outsourced Sales Representative will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our Uganda-based team. This role will involve actively prospecting for potential clients, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating with prospects to schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social media marketing, and networking to identify and generate new leads.
Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and determine their suitability for our services.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings and addressing their concerns.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between prospects and our Uganda-based team for further discussions and potential sales.
CRM Management: Accurately record and update lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and tracking progress.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with the Uganda-based team, providing them with detailed information about qualified leads and ensuring a smooth handover.
Performance Tracking: Monitor individual performance metrics and strive to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive and results-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the travel or tourism industry
Familiarity with Uganda and its tourism offerings
Fluency in multiple languages
