Remote Account Executive – Veteran Cleaning Division
Budget: $250 – $500 USD
World Class Housing LLC is seeking a skilled Remote Account Executive to join our Veteran Cleaning Division team. This is a remote, B2B sales role focused on cold calling potential business clients across the U.S. The ideal candidate will use pre-qualified leads to introduce our professional cleaning services, send proposals, and close recurring contracts. Responsibilities include making 80–100 outbound calls daily, managing follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets. Strong communication skills, experience in B2B cold calling, and familiarity with Google Workspace are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 80–100 outbound B2B cold calls daily to pre-qualified businesses (e.g., property managers, daycares, offices).
- Present WCH’s cleaning services and secure recurring contracts.
- Use Google Sheets CRM to log call results and manage client status.
- Send proposals and handle follow-up communications until contracts are closed.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant for accurate client information updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling or telemarketing roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or American accent preferred).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Compensation: $500 base salary + 10% commission + bonuses
Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated, disciplined professional with experience in cleaning or property management industries is a plus.
