Real Estate Social Media Ad and Video Editing

This should be fairly straight forward. I'm a Real Estate Agent in the SF Bay Area and I hate paying Zillow and Realtor.com for leads, so I'd like to set up my own ads to drive my own lead generation. I'm not the most artistic person and I'd like to get this going sooner than later. I'd like ads on Facebook and Instagram. I really want to get videos created on my YouTube channel but I don't want to just be a talking-head, that gets boring, so some graphics and B-Roll to go along with it. If this works out well I will be giving you more and more work, so this could be a long term thing. Must have great experience in the marketing part of it, so SEO experience, as well as all the tags/hashtags/keywords/etc. For the videos, I will likely be using multiple devices and microphones, so they will all need to be edited to have the same volume and clarity. New freelancers needed.
