I'm in search of an expert SEO editor knowledgeable about real estate investing, specifically in the areas of wholesale deals and fix-and-flip strategies. This position requires you to edit, optimize and enhance three (3) pre-written blogs per day:
- Experience in SEO best practices for blogging, with the express aim of improving search engine rankings
- Ability to write and edit content dealing with specialized topics in real estate investing, focusing on wholesale deals and fix-and-flip strategies as well as general real estate
- Ability to identify and edit pre-written blogs with the general sense to improve the language, format and overall success of the blogs
- Capacity in developing engaging and precise topics that promotes cash offers in real estate investing as well as general real estate related topics and helps enhance my brand's visibility in this field
You should have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies employing SEO techniques within blogs, particularly real estate content, and possess an ability to analyze pre-written blogs for errors and opportunities of improvement.
