- The budget for the campaign is 250,000 SAR
- The plan should include platform recommendations, budget allocation per platform, targeting approach, suggested ad formats, and creative direction
Key Requirements:
1. Location Target: Jeddah city only (new area regions)
2. Lead Goal: 10,000 qualified leads
3. Audience Profile:A+ elite segment – affluent individuals seeking premium real estate
4. Budget: 250,000 SAR (inclusive of all advertising platforms )
5. Deliverables:
- Strategic media mix and platform selection
- Budget breakdown per channel
- Targeting strategy (demographics, interests, income level, etc.)
- Recommended content types and ad formats (video, carousel, lead ads, etc.)
- Lead funnel structure and CRM integration suggestion (if applicable)
- Timeline and campaign phases( 2 months)
