Providing traffic in the PDL (Pay Day Loans) vertical

I'm looking for experienced freelancers to provide paid traffic for a project in the Pay Day Loans (PDL) vertical with a specific geographical focus in Romania. My target audience is people looking for payday loans, so the traffic needs to be generated specifically to attract them. The geographical focus can be as broad or as targeted as necessary to reach these people. I am looking for freelancers to help me achieve my goal of providing the most relevant traffic possible. The payment will be made on a CPL or CPS model (only when the result is reached!)
