Seeking a detailed-oriented project manager/marketing assistant for my digital agency. The role involves managing deliverables in Asana, responding to client emails, overseeing timelines, coordinating with freelancers, and managing budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management within a direct response agency focusing on PPC, email automation, copywriting, website development, and CRM
- Manage project deliverables in Asana
- Respond to client emails and manage timelines
- Coordinate with freelancers and oversee budget processes
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in project management, specifically within the digital marketing realm
- Proficient in Asana
- Excellent written English at a C1 level
- Highly detail-oriented
- Available for 10 hours a week during USA working hours.
Please note that experience in PPC, email automation, and copywriting is a plus, but not necessary.
