Product Manager/Personal Assistant Psychic Services & Reiki Healing Website (Remote, Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and organized Product Manager/Personal Assistant to join our start-up psychic services and reiki healing website.
This position will be remote and part-time, with the possibility of expanding to full-time as business demands.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for both internet commerce and the paranormal, as well as experience in online marketing, SEO, and management of website development projects.
The website is nearly ready for the pre-launch.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of psychic, mediums, tarot readers and reiki healers
- Develop and fine-tune our online proposition, including website content and user experience
- (Co)develop and implement a launch plan for the website
- Lead online marketing efforts, including SEO and SEA
- Work closely with developers to write website specifications and ensure seamless implementation
- Conduct thorough testing of website functionality and user experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Product Manager, preferably in the psychic or wellness industries
- Strong understanding of SEO and online marketing best practices
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
