Physical Product Launch Specialist

I'm seeking an expert to effectively spearhead the launch of my physical product. This product is particularly targeted towards young adults and professionals, hence I need someone with strong understanding and experience in this market segment. This will be for the launch of premium pickleball paddles and bags. We are in the process of final testing of products and will look to launch no later than May of this year. Initial launch in the US, open to other locations outside of the United States as well.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and executing targeted online marketing campaigns
- Carrying out extensive market research to understand the consumer needs of young adults and professionals
- Designing an effective go-to-market strategy in line with the product's unique value proposition
