Join our growing team as a Sales Trainer focused on training new sales reps and operators who make outbound calls 8 hours daily. Your role will include hands-on first-day training and creating daily video content to ensure our reps are successful from day one.
What You’ll Do: -- Conduct 8-hour first-day training for new reps every day, Monday through Friday
-- Create short, daily 5-minute training videos for ongoing learning
-- Work directly with recruiters and sales managers to ensure smooth onboarding and training processes
Compensation: -- 60,000 PHP monthly salary
-- Earn up to 40,000 PHP in bonuses based on performance
Requirements: -- Experience in sales, especially in SEO or internet marketing
-- Previous experience managing a team or performing sales
Work Schedule: -- Remote position, working 8 AM -- 5 PM Pacific Standard Time
