Performance-Driven Client Acquisition Specialist (Meta/WhatsApp Ads)

We’re a fast-growing digital agency specializing in **Meta + WhatsApp advertising** for SMBs. Seek a proactive Client Acquisition Specialist to build our client portfolio from inception.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prospect 100+ qualified leads/week (e-commerce, SaaS, coaches etc).
- Execute cold outreach via email/LinkedIn using **efficient, scalable tools** (Sales Nav trial, Apollo.io).
- Conduct discovery calls → proposals → **close 3+ clients/month** ($500-$5k/month retainers).

Skills Required:
1+ year experience **closing clients for digital marketing services** (Meta Ads focus preferred).
- Portfolio: Share 2 examples of clients acquired via **cold email/LinkedIn outreach**.
- Fluency with **Apollo.io/Sales Navigator** (free tiers acceptable).
- Submit a **Month 1 Outreach Plan** with daily/weekly targets.

**Compensation & Structure:**
- **$300 base retainer**: Paid upon Phase 1 completion (200+ outreaches + 10 calls booked) OR first client closure.
- **15% commission** on first client payment (paid within 3 days of receipt).
- **Tools**: Start with free/low-cost resources; upgrade upon traction.

**Ideal Candidate:**
- 1+ year closing clients in digital marketing (portfolio required).
- Owns outreach process: "Show me your Month 1 plan + sample email."
- Thrives in early-stage environments.

**Performance Benchmarks:**
- Day 15: 5+ qualified calls booked.
- Day 45: 1+ clients closed.
