We do not pay for marketing activity, clicks, impressions or what you do in your marketing strategies. That is your field, and you are an expert in that. You do your own marketing business, we pay for the actual real results of that. Many of you will not like "Pay by results" only. So you have to be experienced, clever, innovative and confident in your work to generate real results, as you will only be paid on the real results achieved, not on the work you have done in the background.
