Paid Traffic Specialist Needed (Crypto Focus)

We’re Hiring: Paid Traffic Manager (Crypto Vertical)
Remote | Full-time / Part-time

We’re a fast-growing team building a cutting-edge project in the world of crypto and Web3. Our platform is gaining momentum, and we’re looking for a talented Paid Traffic Specialist to help us scale user acquisition and drive high-quality traffic to our sites.

What you’ll do:
• Launch and optimize traffic campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, native networks, and more
• Drive targeted traffic to landing pages in the crypto space (tokens, wallets, education, etc.)
• Perform A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and ad angles
• Work with analytics, optimize for CPL/CPA/ROI
• Stay on top of trends in crypto marketing, traffic sources, and ad tech

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 1+ years of experience in paid traffic / media buying (crypto, iGaming, fintech is a big plus)
• Knows how to work with anti-detect browsers, cloaking, and trackers (RedTrack, Keitaro, etc.)
• Understands both white and grey hat traffic strategies
• Is proactive, data-driven, creative, and results-oriented
• Can work independently and test new approaches fearlessly
