Paid Marketing Services

I am seeking a freelancer with expertise in paid marketing services to help me reach my target audience on an international level. The ads will be for a Forex affiliate website so therefor the conversion rate needs to be high and the PPC needs to be very low (as we don't make money unless the customer signs up on the broker website , so it's not as straight forward as just signing up and paying on our website). My primary advertising platform is Google Ads.
