Paid Ad's Expert - All Platforms - 2 hour deadline

I am in need of a Paid Ad Expert who is proficient in running ads on all platforms. The project has a 2-hour deadline, so the ideal candidate should have experience working under tight timelines. I am looking for someone that is available long-term. My first project is just a 1-2 page research report. I have a marketing report that has the audience, demographic, pain points, etc. I need someone to use that information and pull a list of related keywords along with their search volumes, competition, and estimated cost-per-click (CPC). I need a report to show my investors before I can actually have someone set up the campaigns.
