Paid Ads Specialist (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)

We are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist with experience in digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and launch campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
* Segment audiences (locals + expats in the Gulf region).
* Optimize campaigns for best ROI.
* Deliver reports with clear KPIs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in paid advertising.
- Knowledge of tracking (pixels, UTMs, lookalikes).
- Certifications in Meta/Google Ads are a plus.
