i just opened my own marketing agency; i am serial entrepreneur and a marketing expert ; since i dont have an in house team to provide the one stop shop services to my potential clients i intend to outsource the solutions from one professional marketing team ; the team has to be able to gaurantee minimum results as the team will be responsible of the whole marketing operation digitally starting from bringing it massive traffic to the stores\shops and E-stores of my clients ; generating high quality leads; creating awareness to existing and new products launched by my clients; and conduct aggressive conversion campaigns ; the team has to be highly skilled with years of expertise in delivering optimal results ; each and every project will be evaluated and set its targets individually using an input output formula; there will be 3 agreements to be signed by you as a team supporting me on this mission; first is a retainer agreement where we will highlight the services which you will provide and how you will provide it; second an NDA where you will keep all our communication and information from my clients confidential ; and third agreement will be a strict SLA agreements which will highlight the minimum results which you as an agency must deliver in order to get paid the whole amount mentioned in the retainer agreement ; since business is based on facts and figures there will be no side talks or meetings which will waste both of our time but just smooth communication which be fileld with reports; forecasts; diagrams and pie charts.
The agency am looking for must be able to conduct indepth analysis using latest tools in the industry including Ai as it plays a major factor in business success now days .
Capability of asissting me in implementing a marketing 360 campaign digitally utalizing the industry best practices to ensure high end quality of a service and achieving fruitful and maximum results every time by exceeding clients expectations.
And last but not least i need an agency with not much of differrnce in timezone of mine as its +3 GMT here this will assist in delivering projects faster and smoother.
