Optimize my google ads video campaign on Youtube

I am looking for an expert on google ads, especially video ads on youtube. I have set up a campaign and the view rate is great, but I need help understanding the metrics, setting up conversion tracking, and making the campaign the best it can be.

I am not looking for ongoing monthly work. I want a pro to review my campaign, optimize it and help me become better at managing it. I am very savvy and work as a web designer so I am not dumb when it comes to this type of advertising or using the interface.

I would like someone who can speak clear English and is willing to speak to me (via screen share and zoom type meetings) about this and have a few meetings over the next month to help me improve the campaign.
