Optimize and Manage google ads campaign

I am looking for a digital marketing specialist with essential experience in Real Estate to handle our PPC advertisement for the purpose of lead generation to optimise and manage a Google Ads campaign for us.

Our Google Ads account and Search Ads Campgain is setup. The current main goal is generating high quality warm leads.

The Campaign hasn't started yet but I would like you to help optimize, advise and suggest better settings, keywords and copy for ad groups.

I have setup conversion tracking but I need it connect to the Ad Campaign. When the Campaign is started I would like you to handle the Management of the Ad Campaign such as overview its performance and make revisions for 2 weeks.

I do have a basic understanding of how this works and personally, I do have some experience with ads and copy, but I'm worried about doing it wrong, ineffectively and burning cash. Thus, at this stage, I'd prefer to outsource your expertise.
