Online marketing

I have a yoga website and associated blog that needs promoting and email list building. At the moment, i am creating the content and posting on the website's social media handle 3 times a week. However, I want someone to be help me promote the blog/website and generate leads to add to my email newsletter (which links to my weekly blog post). If required, help with Facebook ads later on but at this stage not necessarily looking at that. I am looking for a part-time online marketing expert who can help me by working 2-3 hours a week. I am in Hong Kong so would prefer to have someone based in that time zone and/or city.
