Online book marketing

I have written a book about the beginning years of the Internet, now available on Amazon. I need assistance in marketing the book: ad campaigns (I ran a couple on Amazon with no success; am now in the Stanford Alumni magazine for alumni authors), review campaigns, promotions like Bookbub, reviewers (I have several excellent quotes but not on any sites, just on the book cover/back), and anything else to get the word out and gain attention.
I have a website for the book to include additional material for interested readers. This could be improved. I need work on search engine optimization and any strategies to expand awareness. I will start a facebook page but could use advice on that as well.
I am open to hourly or project milestone payments.
