Online Schools Marketing Analysis

Hello! I am Russian. In Russia I have two successful online schools (hobby training and marketing training) and I want to start them on the other market. Now I am looking for a marketer from India who will help me to understand the unknown market for me and who will help me to start new projects. There is quite a lot of work.
I would like to ask a few questions to assess the experience of future candidates:
1. Do you have work experience with online schools (in marketing sphere will be better)? If yes - tell me more in detail, please send me the links.
2. Do you have personal experience studying in online schools, have you been studied something on the Internet? (Not necessarily by profession, it can be hobbies, health, cooking, psychology and so on). If yes - tell me more in detail, please send me the links.
3. The standard online school sales funnel in India – what is it? How is it formed? Could you briefly describe 2-3 options. (For example: targeted advertising on Instagram - free webinar – sales cheap products – sales an expensive product). Could you give me few examples – links, pages on Instagram
