I’m looking for an experienced Online Reputation Management (ORM) professional to help improve my brand’s online image by increasing positive reviews and addressing/removing negative reviews on Google My Business (GMB).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to encourage positive reviews, such as email campaigns, social media outreach, and customer incentives.
Manage and improve our online reputation by mitigating negative reviews and responding strategically.
Monitor and track Google My Business (GMB) reviews, ensuring a strong brand presence.
Implement ORM best practices to enhance brand credibility and trust.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in ORM and digital reputation management.
Expertise in Google My Business (GMB) optimization and review handling.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies for reputation management.
Customer relationship management (CRM) skills to engage and encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews.
Ability to strategically handle negative feedback and improve overall brand perception.
