Online Marketers for my Company

I am in need of Online Marketers for my company, specifically to handle email marketing campaigns. I do not have a preferred email marketing platform, so the freelancer can use any platform they are comfortable with or suggest one they think is best. The target audience for these email campaigns is Business-to-consumer (B2C).
