New website marketing

We are an Australian small business that has just had a full rebuild of a HR / job advertising website / platform. We have a niche global market and seek innovative and eye-catching marketing campaigns to attract payment g customers to our platform. We have a limited budget so innovative and creative methods are preferred until we start to generate regular income, to which we can then allocate larger marketing budgets.
Our target market is primarily found on social media channels however, we have an extensive database that we wish to market and re-introduce our services to via mailchimp etc.
we are open to creative ways to generate revenue which may include advertising profit share for long term marketing partner(s). Our preference is to find a like minded business who has proven history in start up campaigns as well as long term results focused campaigns.
