Needs 30 news users on an app for an offer

I need 30 News users app from USA I mean the connexion or whatever as to show like us user. What you have to do is click on a referral link install the app only one installation per phone and after get registered once it’s done the app could be remove :) thanks in advance it’s a marketing business
