Need marketing strategy to SELL our high performance blenders online

We are hiring an onlinr marketing professional to help us sell our new high performance blenders into the Australian market. We are more high performance than our competition but at a slightly lower price.
We are open to Google Ads + Social media marketing + video ads. this is Just for a strategy
We are targeting both commercial and residential customers however I think firstly we will target residential customers.
We need someone to come up with a strategy of how we can sell, and at what cost should we expect CPA and what channel? We are having a video done up now as well as banners to help.
What we need to know in the strategy is what channels and what keywords to focus on. Our Blender will retail for $577.
So we need to understand who our competitors are (from a marketing POV) and what they are doing. We also need to know what else you have done, what campaigns you have done that have worked and for what is the cost to generate the sale.
We will expand and launch into USA and UK market but for now we need to sell Australia only.
The Blender is called TrueBlender. The budget is $40 for a strategy then we will pay per hours once we hire you.
