Need a marketing specialist who can do creative marketing

I am looking for a marketing specialist who can help us get more users.
I will share the details with the shortlisted candidates.
- The candidate will work with our CTO about 30 hrs per week and we can pay up to 15$/hr.
- The candidate is supposed to be very experienced in digital marketing.
We will provide our Twitter account and prospect list. (We have around 25K personal emails of the prospects) We will provide an email marketing platform where the candidate can compose emails.

The candidate of AU Sydney timezone is preferred but not mandatory.
The right candidate will have opportunities for longer cooperation with decent payment.
