Need help marketing an AI image generation tool for pet owners

I am looking for someone to help me develop a compelling marketing campaign for an AI image generation tool for pet owners(www.drawnBy.ai). My target audience for this campaign are pet owners, so ideally the freelancer I choose will have experience in this area. The type of marketing I’m interested in using is social media, so I’d like to find someone that understands how to optimize campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. I have some ideas for assets that could be used for the campaign, but I could use help with creating content to make the marketing messages engaging and compelling. Additionally if you have any experience managing/creating User Generated Content that would be huge.
