I Need A Youtube Manager

I am looking for a YouTube manager who can help me with various tasks foe wvery video im about to post. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in the following areas:
- Optimizing videos: I need someone who can watch every video on private, recommend the best title and thumbnail ideas for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Analyzing analytics and strategizing content: The candidate should be able to analyze the analytics of my channel and use the insights to develop a content strategy that will help me grow my audience and increase engagement.
In terms of content creation, I aim to publish videos on a weekly basis(every Saturday). Therefore, the candidate should be able to work with me to ensure a consistent and timely publishing schedule. I will do all the editing and uploading. I only need someone who can watch the video, and come up with the best way to package it (title and thumbnail) for maximum views. They should also be able to write compelling video descriptions for each video.
