Need a Product / Marketing Manager to setup and manage an online book drop shipping business -- 2

I am opening an online bookstore and need someone to manage the books listed (given by the dealer). I will basically have books that the dealer currently offers for sale and then list those same books online on my site. When buyers place an order, I will contact the dealer and ask them to ship the book to the buyer. I need someone to mirror the books available on a daily basis and then monitor the site.
The website is already setup in Wix, need someone to manage the drop shipping business through:
1) Creating the products and product categories
2) Monitor for sales and pass on buyer details to the dealer.
3) Actively keep track of books no longer offered by the dealer and delist them.
4) Promote the site via Google Ads and Social Media.
5) Manage customer relationships via feedback, coupons, offers, etc.

Need someone on a retainer or hourly basis. (I am not looking for SEO or Advertising or Social Media professionals.)
